What do you plan to read over the holiday break? I always pick a few books that I haven't been able to get around to during the school year. My picks for this winter: Matched and Speak, both of which I picked up at the Book Fair.
Thanks for posting, Jenny Lee! I'll be reading Stolen Child by Keith Donahue, God's Middle Finger by Richard Grant, and rereading Jaron Lanier's You Are Not a Gadget and King's/Straub's The Talisman.
I just finished reading Stephen King's newest novel, 11/22/63. It is the story of a young English teacher who travels back in time to change the course of history by preventing the Kennedy assassination. However, it is so much more than just a book about time travel. It is also a thriller and a love story. What more can you want? Don't let the 849 pages discourage you from jumping right in. This is a fabulous page turner. You will not want to put it down.
